NOVEL CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We are working full time on preparations for our upcoming MDS 2020 Symposium and currently the Coronavirus epidemic doesn’t have an effect on our preparations.

The MDS 2020 Symposium is paying close attention to new developments with the novel Coronavirus originating in China. We’re following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the Israeli Ministry of Health.

We will keep you updated if any new information is available.

Language

The official language of the event is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.​

Liability and Insurance

The Regional Symposium Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 2nd Regional Symposium on Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS 2020).
Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.

Official Letter of Invitation

Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. The option to issue an invitation letter is available within the registration process.
At the end of the registration process, you will be able to generate an invitation letter, and you will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the invitation letter.

Guest Attendance Policy

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
